There is something about old things that makes you wonder where they have been.

These hand-engraved brass tarot cards are inspired by Mildred Payne’s Oracle deck, each one carefully set within a vintage brass frame. They have the feeling of something unearthed from an old cabinet—kept close, consulted in candlelight, and perhaps forgotten for a few years too long.

The brass will darken and age with time, gathering its own marks and patina along the way. A small relic for those drawn to things with a little history, a little mystery, and a story that may never be entirely told.

Card #51
“in a moonlight ritual, the wicked couples leap together over the bonfire, celebrating their fertility and honoring the nature. Purified by the roaring flames., they set off into the woods to produce new offspring.”

Dark meaning:
Sinful sexual relations. Wild or obscene behavior. Failing to uphold a long-standing tradition

Light meaning:
Eliminating negative energies. Purification. A right of passage. Celebration and tradition. Fiery passion. Procreation.
